• Verify customer documents in accordance with set procedures to comply with regulatory or policy requirements.
• Perform research, verification, and analysis of the data and arrive at a conclusive action.
• Adhere to Quality & Controls; maintain high standards due to regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to Internal Controls guidelines to maintain data privacy.
• Be flexible to support dynamic operational requirements.
• Pay attention to detail when reviewing critical data points to make decisions.
• Act in compliance with Accenture and its client’s policies and procedures regarding data protection.
• Provide process improvement ideas.
• May be required to support the Team Lead in preparing reports/MIS.
