Job Description
Ensuring/monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies that are relevant to the E-Payment business.Building solid relationships and liaising with industry regulators such as BOT and AMLO.Advising Business/Operations/Customer Care/Customer service/Product teams and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.Reviewing related policies as mandated by the regulations on an annual basis or ad-hoc.Working closely with the management, legal, IT compliance, Internal Audit, and other teams from regional offices to oversee all related compliance issues/matters; Conducting an annual compliance risk assessment and periodic compliance mo...
