The Compliance Analyst will support the Head of Risk & Compliance, APAC by providing second line of defence compliance oversight, alongside targeted support for risk management activities across the region. The role holder will act as the local Compliance Officer and primary point of contact for all compliance‑related matters in Singapore, interacting with internal and external stakeholders including regulators, Lloyd’s, Group Compliance and the APAC business. The role is responsible for ensuring a robust local compliance framework, aligned with Group standards and regulatory expectations, supporting business‑as‑usual activities while upholding the highest standards of integrity, conduct and regulatory compliance. The role‑holder will provide supporting risk oversight activities, contributing to the ERM Framework through risk assessments, monitoring, reporting and governance support under the direction of the Head of R&C, APAC.
