 A leading London Market insurance business is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its well established Compliance function.

This role offers a key opportunity to take ownership of customer outcomes, while supporting broader compliance activities within a highly regulated Lloyd’s environment.

Duties

Complaints & Customer Outcomes 
Lead the investigation and resolution of complaints in line with FCA and Lloyd’s requirements.

Liaise with underwriting, claims and distribution teams to gather information and progress cases.

Draft clear, accurate and customer-focused complaint responses.

Conduct root cause analysis and produce complaints MI to identify trends and improve outcomes.

Support continuous improvement of complaints processes and frameworks.
