About the Job

This role supports the implementation and execution of compliance governance for VJI’s regulated financial services operations. The position ensures business activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, supports AML-CFT initiatives, conducts compliance reviews on new business initiatives, and maintains strong compliance documentation and reporting practices. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role helps strengthen regulatory compliance, internal controls, and governance across the organization.

1. Support the execution of compliance governance activities, including regulatory monitoring, policy implementation, and compliance controls.
2. Ensure business processes, products, and operations comply with applicable BI, OJK, and PPATK regulations, particularly related to PJP operations and AML-CFT requirements.
