The organization will need to have a claims specialist to manage the claims regarding individuals (claims adjusters) with the right talent and technical knowledge to be part of the claims team.

• Higher Education Qualification/Diploma
• Any recognized Insurance Training
• In depth knowledge of insurance contracts and claims management.

• Support the implementation of claims strategy in the Cluster through initiatives aligned with Global/International/EMEA regional claims strategic objectives and Country business plans and priorities.
