We are seeking an accomplished associate to join our client's dynamic litigation team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of high-stakes commercial disputes from inception to resolution. The successful candidate will be a key player in all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery requests, preparing for and conducting depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, and drafting and arguing substantive motions.
