Key Responsibilities:
Providing operational oversight for complex homecare clients.Completing comprehensive clinical assessments for high-acuity needsLeading recruitment and coordinating staffing across complex care packages.Conducting staff competency assessments and clinical supervision.Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.Acting as first point of contact for clients, families and internal teams.
