We are seeking motivated individuals with a matriculation to intermediate educational background to join our international paid project as Customer Relations Specialists. This role is pivotal in managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints effectively, and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer communications (calls and emails) from international clients regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interaction.
Requirements
Matriculation or Intermediate
