This is a role for a litigation lawyer who enjoys taking ownership of substantial cases and is comfortable operating within a structured, large-scale claimant environment.

The firm is a specialist disputes practice focused on collective redress and group litigation, acting exclusively for claimants across areas including competition, product liability, data breach and financial services . Within competition, the emphasis is primarily on business-led claims — often involving groups of corporates or SMEs pursuing redress in complex follow-on or standalone actions.

The Competition team is now looking to appoint a Senior Associate with some flexibility on location. The priority is finding someone who can take real responsibility within growing, procedurally demanding matters.
