Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, you will contribute to the implementation and administration of Compensation
programs across multiple geographic regions.

Specific Responsibilities May Include:
βͺ Compensation Administration
- Analyze and reconcile data sets, performing audits, and conducting basic calculations using tools like Excel (VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Calculates the quarterly and semi-annual bonus budget for officers, including gathering relevant data, performing initial calculations, and ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines.
- Severance and Retirement benefit pay processing and validation.
- Prepare and generate variable pay and severance letters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to HR Business Partners.
