Position Overview
Description
The Compensation Manager will report to the Interim Compensation Director to ensure alignment with organizational equity and market competitiveness. The role utilizes tools and data from PayFactors, CUPA-HR, and internal systems to support strategic decision-making, process efficiency, and workforce planning.
Requirements
Develop and maintain compensation structures, policies, and programs.
· Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity reviews.
· Manage compensation operations including salary decisions, reclassifications, and pay adjustments.
· Leverage compensation tools and systems to analyze data, generate reports, and improve processes.
· Collaborate with the Interim Director of Compensation, Compensation Director, Budget, and Payroll Offices.
· Ensure compliance with compensation laws and institutional policies.
· Deliver training and guidance on compensation practices.
