Company: Mercer. Position: Compensation Consultant Associate. Location: Toronto (Hybrid – required to be in the office at least three days a week). This role joins Mercer’s national Career team of 100 passive consultants working with a premier client base of large complex Canadian and global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization‑specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in talent management.
• Analyze clients’ strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights that develop into rewards and talent solutions.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations.
