Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, review, and analyze personnel costs and operating costs to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives
- Manage and execute compensation review processes, including salary adjustments, annual reviews, and remuneration planning
- Analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations to maintain internal equity and external market competitiveness
- Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits policies, programs, and procedures
- Conduct salary benchmarking and collaborate with external consultants to evaluate market trends and compensation positioning
- Prepare compensation analysis, audit reports, reconciliations, and related HR reports accurately and timely
