Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and analyzing compensation-related data to support internal decision-making. This includes helping prepare models to simulate salary, bonus, and benefits scenarios under guidance
Prepare data sets to support our market benchmarking activities.
Support in setting the companys pay and benefits structure.
Assist in preparing a program budget and operate within that budget.
