Position Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Create, develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and job classifications
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Analyze job roles and create equitable compensation strategies
- Perform other assignments delegated by the HR Division Head
- Administer job analysis of all positions, including the maintenance of evaluation tools and design and coordination of procedures
- Oversee payroll and employee benefits programs
- Handle retirement, termination, and resignation calculations
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8β10 years in compensation and benefits management
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations
