Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participates in and assists with the development, implementation and administration of compensation and HRIS policies and programs. Formulates recommendations regarding the development of the company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and organizational structures. Participates in and analyzes various salary surveys to determine market position and develop recommendations. Conducts market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to establish competitive salary ranges and pay grades. Applies knowledge of HR information systems and data to extract and analyze current and historical data to support strategic workforce planning. Administers annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotion adjustments. Maintains and optimizes HRIS platforms to support HR operations.
