Key Responsibilities:
*C&B Strategy & Framework Development: Design, implement, and continuously optimize compensation structures (base pay, allowances, incentives) aligned with Philippine market benchmarks (e.g., Aon, Mercer PH surveys), internal equity, and PalmPay’s growth stage.
