This is a pivotal role supporting the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of compensation, benefits, and mobility programmes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market competitiveness across a diverse set of markets.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Rewards, the role spans a broad remit across compensation and benefits. You will lead key benefits review initiatives, including insurance and retirement plans, with a focus on enhancing offerings and introducing greater flexibility within programme design.
