Position Overview
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development, preferably in a unionized environment
- Familiar with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF)
- Interested in HR systems, technology, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and maintain compensation, benefits, and HR policies
- Assist in developing new compensation, benefits, and HR programs
- Support the evaluation and review of proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) packages.
