We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support leave and attendance programs for a transport organization in Homewood, Illinois. This Contract position focuses on administering employee leave cases, reviewing medical and supporting documentation, and partnering with leaders to ensure timely, accurate case handling.
