Position Overview
Compensation and Benefits Manager Charterhouse is working with a privately owned Oil & Gas business based in Sharjah to manage the compensation and benefits function.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct local salary surveys and job evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for compensation and benefits.
- Manage the annual salary and benefits review process.
- Advise on strategic HR proposals presented to board members and senior management.
- Support the development of annual budgets.
- Train and coach HR team members on C & B policies.
- Coordinate with the payroll team and travel to other Middle East offices as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within a medium-sized organisation.
- Previous UAE work experience.
- Strong knowledge of HAY methodology.
