Review existing policies, cost/benefit analysis on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure and processes
Design, develop and implement C&B programmes through strong engagement of key stakeholders
Collaborate with HR business partners, HR shared services
Coordinate monthly final payroll checking while BSC is responsible for monthly payroll with external payroll vendor Prosoft
Responsible for HR Policies (Employee Handbook) review, update and communication to employees, bi-annually where applicable.
Lead the annual Company insurance renewal withbroker
Evaluate, manage third party vendors responsible for providing data or services for benefits programmes, ensuring contract obligations are met e.g. MHC vendor
HRIS Key user for system management of Leave& Payroll Portal (Prosoft) and SAP for Personnel Data Management.
