You as a Compensation Analyst will:
Support with the Corporate Annual Compensation process including merit adjustments and profit-sharing programParticipate in the administration of the Annual Shares programAssist with compiling data for salary surveys, completing data analysis and drafting responsesContribute in compensation analysis using internal and market dataParticipate in the EllisDon Pay Equity program including maintaining job descriptionsCompleting job evaluationsLeading the new title creation processSupport the implementation of new and existing total rewards programs including data collection, data analysis, developing tools and resourcesDevelop training material and facilitation of sessions for internal stake holdersSupport with internal communications of program roll-outs
