The Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support in the design, maintenance, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across LATAM. Working closely with the Compensation Manager, this role ensures data accuracy, supports salary benchmarking, and contributes to fair and competitive pay structures.
Job Duties/Functions
- Collect and analyze compensation data from market surveys (Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW)
- Maintain and update salary bands and compensation databases
- Generate internal equity and market benchmarking reports
- Support HRIS data management, including uploads and validations
- Assist in annual merit cycles and salary adjustment processes
- Respond to compensation-related inquiries from HRBPs and hiring managers
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation data and reporting
