Partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Boulder, CO seeking a Compensation Analyst.
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for workforce reporting and analytics including building models/forecasting compensation costs, developing dashboards, tracking benefits utilization, conducting trend analysis, etc. This role will oversee compensation and benefits administration including managing annual compensation cycles, monitoring trends, supporting benefits administration, and more!
