Comparative Test Engineer

Location: Hybrid role at Whiteley, Hampshire.

Clearance Required: SC clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Generate test cases by reviewing requirements and design documentation, liaising with SMEs.
• Document test results, defects, and reporting progress.
• Investigate issues and work with suppliers to identify root cause and resolution.
• Analyse large datasets and test evidence from suppliers to demonstrate compliance with requirements.
• Analyse interface messaging data, compare legacy data to new systems.
• Identify improvements in new and existing processes.
• Support automation team in developing regression test packs.
• Execute tests across various software products, interfaces, and network & infrastructure configurations.
• Identify and manage resulting defects.
