Role Objective:

Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive compliance with all applicable corporate laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable frameworks. The incumbent will play a key role in Board and Committee governance, policy formulation, shareholders relations, and corporate secretarial functions for the listed entity and its subsidiaries.
