Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, corporate governance standards, and other applicable laws related to the real estate sector.
Manage board meetings, committee meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and prepare agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and corporate documentation.
Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and other statutory compliances within prescribed timelines.
Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, regulatory authorities, and government departments.
Support documentation and compliance related to real estate projects, land transactions, and approvals.
Monitor regulatory changes impacting the real estate industry and advise management accordingly.
Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and corporate policies.
Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate regulations, where required.
