Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, corporate governance standards, and other applicable laws related to the real estate sector.
- Manage board meetings, committee meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and prepare agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and corporate documentation.
- Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and other statutory compliances within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, regulatory authorities, and government departments.
- Support documentation and compliance related to real estate projects, land transactions, and approvals.
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting the real estate industry and advise management accordingly.
