AIF & Fund-Level Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, circulars, guidelines and PPM obligations. Oversee fund-level compliance, including drawdowns, distributions, investor reporting and disclosures.Regulatory & Platform Compliance: Manage regulatory compliance for setting up, registration and operations of asset management platforms including AIFs, Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, Merchant Banker, Mutual Funds, Distribution and insurance products.
