The EMEA legal team is headquartered in the City of London and provides full legal support across the jurisdiction. An opportunity has arisen for a legal counsel to join this dynamic team to support on a wide range of legal, co sec and governance issues.

The role will primarily focus on company secretarial matters and corporate and regulatory governance. These issues have previously been handled by various members of the legal team, but the desire is to pull it all together and improve the polices, processes and procedures.
