Job Description
- In charge in the issuance and control of medicine
- Maintain/keep accurate and complete medical records of employee
- Screens and verify the pre-employment medical result of newly hired employee
- Attends or brings the patient to the hospital if needed
- Attends to sick employee and gives thorough assessment, referral and medication if it requires sending the employee home
- Over-all in-charge in health trainings/seminar activities
- Prepares/process medicine inventory
- Prepares/process health problem summary report
- Facilitates/coordinates for the Annual Physical Examination of the company
- Supports government health programs for employees
- Gives health counseling to sickly and frequent patients at the clinic
- Prepares for Enroll/ Deleted list for health card (New Regular/Resigned employees)
