SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Company Lawyer you will be a part of the corporate in-house legal team in Jotun, supporting the network companies in the ongoing need for legal assistance within a wide range of legal fields relevant for an international company. The position is located at our Headquarters in Sandefjord and will report to Group Vice President Corporate Affairs.- Provide professional legal advice to Jotun’s international network of companies, to ensure operation according to laws and regulations and with high ethical standards.- Assist in the negotiation and conclusion of a variety of contracts and legal issues, with a special focus on IT and employment law, to safeguard Jotun's rights and reputation, mitigate risks, and support business needs.- Advise on and develop contract templates, procedures, and guidelines to ensure safe and professional processes.
