About the role: 

We have unique opportunity for a Company Doctor to join our in-house Occupational Health Department at JCB. This role is 4-days per week and it's central to supporting the health, wellbeing, and productivity of our workforce. You’ll work closely with Management, HR, and Health & Safety teams to ensure our people remain fit, healthy, and supported throughout their careers at JCB. 

This is not your typical clinical position. As JCB’s Company Doctor, you’ll have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of our people every single day. 

This is a pivotal role, central to supporting our colleagues across the JCB family.
