Compensation:
* Assist in the design, evaluation & administration of Compensation and Benefits programs.
* Deliver Cost per Head (CPH) analytics, including maintaining budgeted CPH figures, managing quarterly forecasts, and conducting variance analysis.
* Oversee annual compensation review cycles encompassing budgeting, salary structure updates, merit reviews, and promotion planning.
* Collaborate with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and compensation spend reporting.
* Perform Market Benchmarking and internal equity assessments to ensure competitive and fair pay practices..
