Community Social Worker CMHT

The Community Mental Health Team based at both Tonna Hospital and The Forge (Port Talbot) are looking for a full-time and part‑time Social Workers with community mental health and ideally AMPH experience along with a rounded knowledge of current best practice in mental health.

The CMHT in the borough is a well-established multi-disciplinary team, comprising of mental health practitioners from both NPT Council and Swansea Bay University Health Board. Working closel...
