Senior Helpers is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and relationship‑driven Community Engagement & Business Development Specialist to help grow our presence in the community, develop referral partnerships, and generate new client opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building meaningful relationships, meeting people, and driving measurable growth in a healthcare or senior care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, home health providers, and community organizations.
- Schedule and attend face‑to‑face meetings, coffee chats, presentations, lunch‑and‑learns, and networking opportunities with community partners.
