Here at NCHA, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Community Safety team as a Community Safety Assistant.

Our team plays a vital role in helping our customers feel safe in their homes and communities by responding to reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB), investigating incidents, and taking appropriate action where tenancy breaches occur.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will act as a key point of contact, supporting investigations and ensuring reports are assessed, prioritised, and progressed appropriately.

What you’ll be doing

As a Community Safety Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the first point of contact for all ASB reports via phone, email, web and referrals

* Triaging and assessing incoming reports, deciding whether they meet the threshold for ASB case management
