An exciting development opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join our multi‑disciplinary community respiratory service. Our community respiratory team takes pride in the positive impact it has on patients’ lives every day.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of long‑term respiratory disease management in the community and for stepping patients up into the virtual ward and receiving patients who have been stepped down to chronic disease management. You will be supported by experienced band 7 and 6 respiratory nurse specialists and, when required, will also work alongside other areas of the community respiratory service which includes pulmonary rehabilitation, home oxygen assessment service, supported discharge and community respiratory physiotherapy service.
