We are looking for a part-time CPN to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside the GPs in dealing with patients presenting with mental health problems.

We are a well organised, high performing, friendly practice. We have a practice population of around 8000 patients. We use Vision and Docman software systems and our records are fully computerised.

We have 4 GP partners, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 1 Full-time Practice Nurse who covers all aspects of Chronic Disease Management, and a team of experienced admin staff.

We have a range of allied health professionals including, Pharmacists, Mental Health Liaison Nurse, Link Worker and Occupational Therapists based in the practice.

We are based in NHS premises within Bellshill Community Health Clinic, which has easy links to M8/M74/M77 motorways.
