POSITION: Community Programs Policy Advisor
TERM:Two-year full-time term (based on funding), with the opportunity for renewal
HOURS OF WORK: Regular full-time – 35 hours per week
REPORTS TO: Director of Programs & Services
WAGE RANGE: $36–$41 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Programs Policy Advisor leads the development, review, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and program frameworks across Community Services, ensuring they are culturally grounded, operationally practical, and aligned with governance direction, funding agreements, and regulatory requirements.
