Lead community engagement with Mount Royal University as a part-time Community Program Coordinator. Collaborate on the 'Plan Z' project focusing on Gen Z involvement in nonprofits.
As the Community Program Coordinator, you will coordinate a unique one-year project, requiring communication, research, and facilitation skills. You will be responsible for engaging Gen Z, conducting workshops, and analyzing community systems. This is a flexible part-time role working 21 hours weekly until May 31, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate workshops with diverse audiences
• Coordinate logistics for community engagement activities
• Conduct interviews and coordinate focus groups
• Create and visualize systems maps for project insights
• Lead internal and external communications for the project
