Up $4500 Basic + Variable Bonus + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
Build and manage partnerships with religious organizations, community groups, government agencies and stakeholders to strengthen social cohesion and inter‑religious relations.
Plan, coordinate and implement engagement programmes, training sessions, dialogues and national events initiatives to support community resilience and harmony efforts.
Monitor program performance, engagement outcomes and stakeholder activities through reporting, tracking tools, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support strategic planning, program administration and operational coordination, including stakeholder communications, funding support, secretariat duties and partnership development initiatives.
