**Description**

**Position Summary:** The Community Outreach Coordinator serves as a catalytic field liaison within Unity’s movement architecture—cultivating Pods, Small Groups, Chapters, and increasing the energy and footprint of Unity churches. This role coordinates Unity’s shift from maintaining institutions to activating a spiritually intelligent movement.


The Community Outreach Coordinator identifies emerging leaders, equips them with replicable systems, guides them through defined formation pathways, and drives measurable growth across Unity’s ecosystem. This is not an administrative support role. This position is supported in their role by UC&L and UWH team experts dedicated to spiritual activation, structured development, and movement growth.
