Position Overview
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s busy and supportive Community Occupational Therapy Duty Team in Rochdale. This office-based role is located alongside the Prevention Team and other Adult Care Services.
What will your responsibilities be?
Screen incoming enquiries using robust tools to determine appropriate responses.Provide advice, support, and signposting to service users.Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Managers to prioritize cases and determine the need for face-to-face visits.Conduct Duty visits when required to assess and reduce risk, promoting independence.Apply sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and OT practices within Equipment and Adaptations Services.Utilize Magic Notes, a newly implemented tool, to support documentation and workflow during Duty work.
