Rosedean House Surgery is seeking an experienced Community Matron to join our primary care team.You will be someone who enjoys building strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families. Experience in supporting older adults including frailty, geriatrics, care homes, or complex long-term conditions is highly valued, while also recognising the broader needs of adults of working age.

Main duties of the job

The Community Matron will support patients of all ages with diverse and often complex health needs across the Liskeard community.
