About the Role
Our Community Psychogeriatric team provide
assessments, support and education visits in the community to assist people and
those supporting them to manage their conditions in their normal environments
including aged residential facilities.
You will have a passion for
and belief in the value of contribution in working with the elderly, their
families and caregivers, with the ability to relate to and negotiate
relationships with a wide variety of people across a wide range of practice
settings.
