Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Support the planning and coordination of community engagement and volunteer programmes
- Manage volunteer activities, including registration, communications, scheduling, and event coordination
- Maintain volunteer records, participation tracking, and programme documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners to support programme delivery
- Provide on-site support during events, including volunteer coordination and logistics management
- Assist with post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and reporting
- Support the creation of communication materials and presentations for community initiatives
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and impact assessment activities
