**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Community Health Nurse protects and preserves the health of community members by encouraging healthy living, recognizing the needs of the community, and advocating for improved overall community health. You will report to the Director.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Plan and organize Mobile Health Unit events for assigned areas including on weekends and holidays.
2. Evaluate immunization rates and develop innovating approaches to gain cooperation and understanding surrounding immunizations.
3. Stay up to date on and educate staff on vaccination changes.
4. Conduct immunization services within clinics, schools, and community settings.
